Journey was rocking Manila last night, Saturday at the Mall of Asia concert grounds. Even though Pinoys are known to be zombies when watching concerts, last night Pinoys proved that they know how to party too! What's interesting in this concert is that the first tickets that sold fast were the most expensive ones ranging from P3,000++ to P15,000++. Akala ko ba naghihirap ang Pinoy? Here are a few videos from the concert. Maabilidad talaga ang Pinoy. They still manage to capture the concert on video even though filming was not allowed inside the venue. When Journey did a concert in Japan a few days prior to the Manila gig, no videos came out and that proves how tight security was THERE. Oh, by the way, the Manila crowd is very lucky coz they will be a part of the DVD of the concert which will come out sometime this year. Let's not buy the Quiapo version of the concert ( I heard the Eraserheads' Final Cut reunion concert is already out on DVD courtesy of the "piratas"). Earlier concerts of Journey recorded for DVD release was their Chile and Las Vegas concerts. Of course, I have them both, he he he. Iba ang energy pag nasa sariling bayan. 2 hours ang concert and still parang gusto pa niyang kumanta pa ng maraming marami. O sige na nga, di naman obvious na idol ko siya ano?
